I gather you're an educator; it's probably not a bad exercise for sophisticated high schoolers or even freshmen in college. Give them a few (carefully chosen) pages of Congressional Record debate and have them summarize what's going on, what the arguments are, who's on what side, etc.<BR/><BR/>One last thing. There is not enough about the tensions in the Senate at this time, either.<BR/><BR/>Great work.
